Much of what you see was designed and sourced by us, then brought to life together with local craftspeople. From restored antique pieces and custom-built furniture to coconut-fibre lamps and objects given a second life, every room carries something made, found or reimagined here in Zanzibar.

Where to Find Your Home
Made, not furnished
We didn’t want to fill this home with things that could have come from anywhere. Over months of renovating, we sourced old pieces, restored what others had left behind, designed furniture and created new objects together with local craftspeople — from coconut-fibre lamps to repurposed and handmade details.
The result isn’t meant to be perfect or matching, but a home shaped by the place it belongs to.
Life Outside Your Door
Step outside and Jambiani is yours to explore. Cycle along sandy village roads, walk the beach, watch fishermen bring in the day’s catch or the local women farm seaweed, grab fresh fruit nearby or stop for a conversation along the way.
There’s no itinerary required.
